S10 Series
Quick Couplers in Hardened Steel, 303 Stainless Steel & Brass
SafeWay's S10 Series quick couplings meet ISO 7241-1 Series B dimensional requirements with improved performance over competitive interchanges (Aeroquip FD45, Hansen HK, Parker 60, etc.). The S10 Series is available in plated steel, brass and 303 stainless steel as standard. Buna-N (Nitrile) seals are standard, with virtually all other seal materials available. Other options include, but are not limited to, sleeve-lock, one-way shut off, and straight-thru design (no valving).

SH20 Series
General Purpose Hydraulic & Fluid Transfer Couplings
SafeWay's SH20 Series quick couplings are a direct interchange for the Parker/Bruning SM-250. Available with either a soft seat poppet style valving or ball check in 1/4" body size with a variety of thread options. The SH20 Series is machined from high carbon steel and specially hardened. Couplings are rated at 6,000 operating psi. This interchange is well suited for all mobile and industrial applications and can be found on numerous brands of garden tractors.

S30 Series
Dependable High Pressure & High Flow Workhorse
SafeWay's S30 Series quick couplings comply to the accepted standard for interchangeability within the hydraulic jack industry. Rated at 10,000 operating psi, the S30 Series incorporates unique soft seat poppet style valving that eliminates low pressure leakage while allowing less than 50% of the pressure drop found in competitive interchanges (Parker/Pioneer 3000, Enerpac C-604, etc.). This high flow system offers faster ram return with no leakage, yet is interchangeable half-for-half with other brands! Available in 1/4" and 3/8" size.

FF49 Series
Flush Face, Heavy Duty, Non-Spill Quick Couplings
SafeWay's FF49 Series quick couplings provide rugged-flush-face valving for non-spill dry breaks,
and allows one-hand push-to-connect with safety sleeve-lock standard. The 3/8" size meets HTMA
dimensional standards while providing significantly higher pressure containment than other brands
(10,000 operating psi). The 3/4"(1/2" ISO) FF49-6 and FF49-6-12 are rated at 6,000
operating psi and have a significantly smaller foot-print than other brands. Ideally suited for
use in hydraulic hand tools, overhead bucket hoists, skid-steer loaders, and whenever spillage
can constitute a safety or environmental hazard.

FFE49 Series
Flush Face, Non-Spill Quick Couplings
SafeWay's FFE49 Series quick couplings are interchangeable half-for-half with other brands meeting International ISO 16028 dimensional requirements, and our Heavy-duty FF49 Series. The 1/2" ISO body size is the industry standard for the skid-steer loader industry, rated at 4,000 operating psi (276 BAR). Available in ISO 1/4" body size through ISO 1" body size in a wide variety of thread sizes and styles. Ideally suited for use wherever spillage can cause a safety or environmental hazard or high flows are required.

SF49 Series
Flush Face, Stainless Steel, Non-Spill Quick Couplings
SafeWay’s SF49 Series quick couplings are machined from 303 series stainless steel. Available in 3/8” body size this interchange conforms to the dimensional standards of the HTMA while providing superior corrosion resistance to all steel products within this interchange. The SF49-3 is rated at 3,000 operating psi. Use anywhere where spillage can cause a safety or environmental hazard and corrosion cannot be tolerated.

S51 Series
Heavy-Duty, Double Shut-Off Quick Coupling
SafeWay's S51 Series is a heavy-duty, double shut-off quick coupling capable of containing
a variety of fluids. This Series features minimum air inclusion during connection and minimum
fluid spillage during disconnection. The S51 Series is ideally suited for use on dump trailers
in the connection of the wet-line hydraulic system. This interchange is also widely used on oil
field equipment and wherever connection under pressure with little or no spillage is required.
